America has DEFIED the "RACIST" accusations made by the IGNORANT minorities and others who state America is a RACIST country; when it is NOT, and it is moving more and more to being "color blind".

Now is the time to show the world that America is also RULED by LAWS the laws that allowed Obama to be chosen to become the president.

Now it is time for the American people to ENFORCE its laws on Obama; the laws that REQUIRE THAT HE PROVE HE IS A "NATURAL BORN" citizen of America.


BARACK OBAMA, DEMOCRAT NOMINEE FOR PRESIDENT OF U.S.A. IS "alleged to be an "ILLEGAL ALIEN" by a DEMOCRAT attorney Philip J. Berg who is a former State "Deputy Attorney General" for the State of Pennsylvania, U.S.A. and other bona fides follow: A) NAACP life time member, B) Authorized to practice in the U.S.A Supreme Court,C) approximately 35 years of professional law practice.

Democrat Attorney Berg has filed, with the Supreme Court of the USA, a number of lawsuits against Democrat Obama stating that Obama is an alleged ILLEGAL ALIEN who may occupy the office of “President of the United States of America”. Obama is being defended in several legal actions by the same lawyers that work for the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) an "un-indicted co-conspirator" with Hamas. Some estimate that these CAIR lawyers have cost Obama over 250,000 dollars in his efforts to avoid revealing Obama's citizenship status.


To make ABSOLUTELY certain that our Constitution is not ignored by Obama, and our government representatives; the representatives need to be asked what they are going to do to make certain that Obama is a 'Natural Born Citizen' of the U.S.A.

Currently an alleged Kenya video about Obama makes Obama a citizen of Indonesia and also points to Obama who allegedly has used "forged birth" data in lieu of a true birth document to obtain and achieve all that he has acquired here in America.

We have "unalienable rights given me by the creator" and all citizens swear to uphold OUR rights under the rule of law. OUR rights are being violated because Obama is not validating his "natural born" birth necessary to be the chief executive of the U.S.A.
What are WE going to do about this violation of OUR Constitutional RIGHTS? Please respond with a course of action that you will pursue to HONOR your pledge to protect OUR "unalienable rights given US by the creator" and that cannot be changed by anyone other than "75%" of the U.S.A. citizens.

Obama is in violation of OUR RIGHTS, and worst of all Obama is alleged to have said AFTER he was queried on this issue during a public forum.... I will speak on the issue AFTER the election.

The Constitution law professors say that Obama, by law, has to respond to OUR question NOW and not later, after the elections, as he allegedly stated during the forum discussions.

OBAMA NEEDS TO PROVE HIS "NATURAL BORN" CITIZENSHIP TO BE A PRESIDENT OF AMERICA; CURRENTLY OBAMA IS "REFUSING" TO PROVIDE THIS MANDATORY INFORMATION TO "WE" THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE "UNALIENABLE RIGHTS" AS U.S.A. CITIZENS.

Paddy, COLB means nothing. I think anyone born in asia could get that, at the time Obama was born. We need to see his official Certificate of Birth and have it tested, to make sure it is legitimate. I dont believe the health official in Hawaii or anyone else who is connected with the State. They could have been paid off to say they had seen it and it is legitimate.

Can you believe that I am actually having trouble with the editor of my small, local newspaper printing my "Letter to the Editor?" She claims that if I disagree with basically anything that Obama says, it is just speculation and innuendo . I have just written another letter entitled "My Opinion" in which I explain my views and that I, as an American, am insulted that she inferred that I'm a racist just because I disagree with Obama when the question of color and race should have never entered the political arena in the first place. I went on to say that it was Obama's character that I take issue with, and until he proves his citizenship instead of filing for dismissal of the lawsuits against him, I will never trust him! I also stated that when I sign my name to one of those letters, it signifies authorship and my opinion ! Furthermore, why an editor would feel the need to edit or comment on my opinion is beyond me! Then I said, Google: Donofrio lawsuit for more information. They keep using "Snopes" to fact-check and reject my letters, but I told them it was outdated and I sent them five new fact-check references. I hope they publish it!

Are any judges even hearing this? I was hearbroken when the judge dealing with berg threw out the case saying he (berg) didnt have the rights to persue this. 8-( my country's constitution is being torn apart, and it sucks. i never had faith in men. but i had faith that in this country the constitution was a good thing, respected..

Sure some times a judge could say "look iv spent 3 weeks going over this, i just believe this" and be wrong, but at least he tried. these pro obama judges are spitting in the face of the founding fathers.

i think its also important to note that no where is a judge promised long term employment for ANY reason other then "Good behavior" and these judges who are breaking the law to help obama? heh... too bad we dont have enough people, we could remove them per the instructions of the very constitution they tread upon.

The issue is to have him present proper documents that are required by OUR law that he swore to uphold three times; a) Senator of Illinois. b) Senator of USA, c) Officer of The USA Courts.

Personally, in the course of the week, I will open a research section on my server in which I hope to be able collecting proof for Nobama's radical islamic connections and see to substanciate, now still specultations, circumstancial evidence in repect to his deeper connections with Malcom X and the Islamic Brotherhood Project. Granted it all may sound somewhat outlandisch but my gut feeling is that there is a whole more to it that could at some stage become important for Phil Berg and Andy Martin. Maybe it is a longshot but the same source that provided me with the Kenya Grandmother video tape is also pointing at the Malcom X angle. Personally, by consequence of a working relationship in the past, I have a lot of confidence in this source.

I do wonder if anything we do in this area with Obama will result in his being removed from office. If he FINALLY does come up with a COLB, then we will just have to bite the bullit for the next four years. However, If he cannot prove it, then will they actually follow through with removing him? Liberals have control now of everything and it seems that they have figured out how to "skirt" every law in the books and we have been allowing them to get away with it for more years than I can remember. I cant believe how many people are so in love with this guy that they are willing to overlook everything about him. It isnt just the the BC issue, its everything! Hell, at this point I would be willing to vote for Hillary if they would just get rid of him. And I have never voted Democrat...ever!

In summary though, Berg says Obama is not a "natural born" citizen...Obama hasn't proved that Berg's assertions are wrong and it is Obama's duty to do so, because he (Obama) is responsible for adhering to the law. He can be elected as a NOMINEE to be president by American citizens, and then voted on by the "electoral college" where he can be turned down if he has NOT met the requirements to be the chief executive of the U.S.A.
